How do you recover from a heated moment with your significant other or loved one?
1. Be willing to dialogue and try to find any triggers that may have been an underlying cause for the escalation.
2. Listen to hear and not to respond.
3. Be open and honest about your feelings and acknowledge that you understand one another.
4. Always remember that you’re on the same team.
